Games Locations: Woodville, Ft. Braden, Chaires and Northwest (Canopy Oaks)

As of now ages are 7 to 12.  6 year olds can play Machine Pitch if they played T-Ball this past Spring.  Those who played at Chaires in the Spring will only need to fill out the registration form. All others will need to bring your birth certificate and a couple forms of residence verification along with filling out the registration form. We will make a list of those wanting to play T-Ball (5-6) or Softball (7-12) at registration or by e-mail to me.  Include name, age, gender, and contact phone number.  When registration is over, we will contact only those on the list if we have enough for teams. Registrations will take place at the Concession Stand at the park.

General Membership Meeting

The annual General Membership meeting will take place on September 3rd starting at 6:30pm at the Chaires Community Center. This is where you can get involved and help elect the 2009 Board.

Manager/Coach Evaluation forms are available in the Documents section on the left. Fill it out and get them back to Kathy Phinazee.
